Imagine…..God wants to hear from you!  Not just in “your” time of need, but lifting up your brothers and sisters in Christ, as well

Do we have that same spiritual hunger and thirst for God, that our bodies crave for physical nourishment?

Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger, and he who believes in Me will never thirst.

Secure in his hands

But as for me, I shall sing of Your strength; Yes, I shall joyfully sing of Your lovingkindness in the morning, For You have been my stronghold And a refuge in the day of my distress.

Why do we do good?

First of all, the bible tells us to (See verse below).  This is not a suggestion!  Secondly, it should  not be out duty, but out of devotion.  This should be a natural outpouring, from the fruit of the spirit, working in us, and a reflection of the Gospel, our own understanding of Christ’s work, (not our own), in our lives.

So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.

Certainty, in an Uncertain World

From creation, to New creation, God’s plan has not changed.  It has always been Jesus, who would solve the issue of man’s separation from God.  Jesus was the one who took the form of a man, lived a perfect, righteousness  life, took the penalty for our transgression, and conquered death, so we might live, both now and forever, in God’s presence, in perfect harmony.

Thank You…….. Jesus!

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Solid relationships, speak truth in love, not lies behind a person’s back.

Better is open rebuke Than love that is concealed. Faithful are the wounds of a friend, But deceitful are the kisses of an enemy.

Blameless before God.

We are blameless, not because of what we do, but because of who we are in Jesus.  We can never earn our Salvation.

As for God, His way is blameless; The word of the Lord is tried; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.

Jesus fulfills scripture.

Prophesy declares that one would come, who would be the perfect sacrifice, and fill our hearts like Living Waters.  Jesus is that perfect sacrifice and precursor to the Holy Spirit coming (Rivers of Living Water).  Is 44:3, 55:1, 58:11.

He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'”

Like a Sail Needing Wind, thus Our Heart and Soul need You Lord, to Guide Our Every Step.

My flesh and my heart may fail, But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.
