Lord, may we as men, be continually reminded of this, that you would help us draw close to you, and our wives, that we might be a light in this world, to point people to you. 🙏

HE Never Stops Working!

https://youtu.be/iQaS3KudLzo?si=61HigwXLXmawz4xi

It’s never too late to turn around and seek God’s guidance. Every morning, you’re offered fresh mercy and a chance to start anew. If yesterday was a setback, don’t let it discourage you. If you made selfish choices in the past, take responsibility and begin anew, seeking forgiveness. God’s embrace is unconditional and always available.

Are you thirsting for something more in this life? Has this world beat you down? Jesus doesn’t promise that everything will be perfect, but he says HE, can give you living water, that satisfies, both now and for all of eternity. He says though, that you must come to the well. LISTEN TO THE SONG BY CASTING CROWNS BELOW.

“Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.””‭‭John‬ ‭4‬:‭10‬
You will Thirst no More

The Name of the Lord is, a High Tower, the Righteous run into it it, and they are Safe.

Whatever your struggle might be, don’t believe the lie, that you can’t come before God, and confess our struggle(s). He cares tremendously about us, and wants us to live before him, with open arms. “WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS!”

Give us this Day, our Daily Bread!

There are five things about bread we need to know:

B: Basic

Bread is foundational. In Jesus’ day, it was a staple of their diet—simple to make but complex in how it reaches us. Think about it: bread requires farming, threshing, milling, baking, transporting, selling, and serving. A restaurant crafts a recipe. A server brings it to your table. A bank operates so you can pay for it. There’s a whole process behind every loaf, and at every point along the way, God gets the glory.

R: Rises

Bread rises! And it’s a powerful symbol of what God wants to do in our hearts as we seek Him. When life heats up, we rise. Bread goes through a lot to get to us—from a single buried seed to being held in our hands. It rises because of the adversity it endures. The process may not be pleasant, but it is always profitable.

E: Energy

Getting bread takes effort. God’s provision requires us to break a sweat. Don’t pray for something you aren’t willing to work for. We are called to be active, not passive. And provision is cyclical—energy goes into making bread, and bread gives us energy in return. The same is true spiritually. Jesus compared Himself to bread because we need Him as part of our daily spiritual diet.

A: Ask

You have to ask for it. Matthew 7:7 tells us to ask, seek, and knock—not just once, but persistently. And if you look closely, those three words spell ASK! Petition God earnestly. Nothing is too big or too small to bring before Him. Don’t live with a scarcity mindset—your Father loves to provide.

D: Decays

Bread is perishable. It doesn’t last forever. You have to use what you have and keep it fresh. The same goes for your spiritual life. Are you studying His Word? Are you in community? Are you serving? Are you coming back daily to ask God for fresh strength and a fresh filling? He gives daily bread, but we need to return again and again to receive it.

“Christmas and Easter, is Good News, to All who Believe”

A light to the World, to open our eyes to our own darkness, to remove the chains of bondage.  Our part……..Believe and walk in faith in Jesus, who did what we could not.

“I am the Lord, I have called You in righteousness, I will also hold You by the hand and watch over You, And I will appoint You as a covenant to the people, As a light to the nations, To open blind eyes, To bring out prisoners from the dungeon And those who dwell in darkness from the prison.”
