May you all have a blessed and fruitful 2019, in the name of our Lord and Savior!  May you find victory in whatever this world brings you way.

What a great reminder to know, that unless the Lord is in our plans, it is a fruitless endeavor.  May his Holy Spirit guide us, as we seek to to serve and honor him.

The of man plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps.
Proverbs 16:9 NASB

To those who don’t know Jesus, do you ever want a fresh start, a reboot, a clean slate.  This verse says we will become New.  It doesn’t mean that we will completely lose that ugly sin nature, but God will see us as whole and restored when we surrender to him.  Those of us who have surrendered to him, need to be continually reminded of this as well.  How great is our God?  REMEMBER……There is NO condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.
2 Corinthians 5:17 NASB

This is so difficult for me.  It is only, through the eyes of Jesus, and the power of the Holy Spirit, that I am able.  Interestingly, this is not a suggestion, but a command!  Start somewhere, and the Lord will help you grow in this.  Remember, we were enemies of God, until we surrendered to Jesus, through the work of the cross.  He loved us, before we could love him.

But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men.

Every day is a new challenge, but every day we must pick up our cross, and follow Jesus.  Let me know what that looks like for you today, or in the coming week.  Let us encourage one another to Love and good deeds.

the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked.

May your day be filled with all this promise has to offer.  If you don’t know, ask someone who you see a difference in there lives, that Jesus has affected.  God Bless to all of you, today. Merry CHRISTmas.

Remember the promise the angel made to Mary and may our response be just as faithful as this very young lady.

For nothing will be impossible with God.” And Mary said, “Behold, the bondslave of the Lord; may it be done to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.

For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6 NASB

Try and let this fully sink in today.  May your day be blessed, beyond all measure, and may nothing take away your Joy, as we expectantly celebrate the coming gift. Jesus!

Hundreds of years in the past, a promise was made, through the prophet Isaiah.  Thank you God, for always keeping your promises!  It may not always be in our timing, but it is always in yours.

Celebrating Christmas is God’s fulfillment to start his restoration of all creation through Jesus.

For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
John 3:17 NASB

Let us always be filled with this miracle, that allows us to live a life of purpose.  If this doesn’t make sense to you, please see the link below (Gospel Kingdom).  May the Lord open your heart to his truth.

My beloved friends, let us continue to love each other since love comes from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and experiences a relationship with God. The person who refuses to love doesn’t know the first thing about God, because God is love—so you can’t know him if you don’t love. This is how God showed his love for us: God sent his only Son into the world so we might live through him. This is the kind of love we are talking about—not that we once upon a time loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to clear away our sins and the damage they’ve done to our relationship with God.

 Gospel Kingdom (Good News)

We are told in this world, that there is a gift that keeps on giving.  Not to name names, but it is a credit card.  God has a different TRUTH.  His gift is Jesus.  It is THE perfect gift, that keeps on giving.

By the way, how did you do, with proclaiming it yesrerday?  Do not lose hope if you didn’t, and do not be arrogant  if you did.  Let’s continue shouting it from the mountaintops as the Lord give us opportunity,

May the Llord bless your Christmas and may you feel his presence in this crazy time of year.

Peace

Alan
She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”
