Father, we are not capable of doing this on our own strength and power. By your continued transformation of us as we mature, as the Angel said to Mary, with God, all things are possible. Also as the apostle Paul wrote in Philippians, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”. May your word and your Holy Spirit guide us today to LOVE ONE ANOTHER!

Oh Lord, help us to remember that we are not to take on the job of the Holy Spirit. Our job is to speak the word in Love, to all. We are not to try and convict, but to explain your truth that has changed us. Our role is spiritual, not political. Government cannot save us, but Jesus can.
