May God show mercy, just as he did to us, for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Yet we have been set free by his Grace, through Jesus own love for us.

Not only is this promise, for eternity, but it is for today. Jesus, didn’t give his life, so that we can sit around and wait, for the perfect life in Heaven. He gave it so we might live now, in light of this promise, with a hope that shines a light on the Good News, that the King has come, and goes to prepare a place for us. We can live now, in freedom, from the bondage from sin, and live for him! If you are hurting today, I pray, that Jesus would show you comfort, in the midst of your trial. May you feel the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. Amen.
