Thank you Lord, that we are wonderfully known by you.  May we use this for good, to allow us to be changed by you.  May we not withdraw from you, as we see our own sinfulness, but embrace your truth, that we are whole, by putting our faith and trust in Jesus. Amen!

Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts; And see if there be any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way.

Father, may our hearts be filled with thankfulness, as we surrender to you.  May your peace overwhelm us as we go out and live our lives today.

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.

How do we relieve stress?

When we throw off everything that drags us down, we are freed from a heavy load.  We must turn to Jesus, and not our false idols and dreams.  Jesus is the one who will ultimately allow us,to fulfill all that we are set on this earth, to do.

I’m not saying in any way that this is necessarily easy, but certainly rewarding!

casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.

Who and what do you fear?

The conclusion, when all has been heard, is: fear God and keep His commandments, because this applies to every person.

Proverbs says, that this fear is the beginning of wisdom.  There is Good News about this God who demands that we fear and obey him.

Who can reconcile the vast expanse of holiness, between God and ALL of Mankind?

For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony given at the proper time.

What can we do?  Nothing, but recognize the unfathomable gift of love, and fall at his feet and worship him.

Want to be strong? See what the bible says.

Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

Blameless before God.

We are blameless, not because of what we do, but because of who we are in Jesus.  We can never earn our Salvation.

As for God, His way is blameless; The word of the Lord is tried; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.
Psalms 18:30 NASB

Jesus fulfills scripture.

Prophesy declares that one would come, who would be the perfect sacrifice, and fill our hearts like Living Waters.  Jesus is that perfect sacrifice and precursor to the Holy Spirit coming (Rivers of Living Water).  Is 44:3, 55:1, 58:11.

He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'”

Who’s strength is it, anyways?

I pray LORD, that you give us eyes to see, beyond what this present day has to offer.  May we live with an eternal perspective, not only for ourselves, but for the people we interact with, every day.  May Jesus shine in our lives.

while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
