Father God, you have created all things and provide all things. We humble ourselves before you, and ask that you forgive us for our sins, and ask that you provide us with our needs, that we might praise your name, and that we might share our abundance with our brothers and sisters, who are in need, so that they to, might praise your name, and humble themselves before the One True God, through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Father, help us all remember, that the Holy Spirit(God), lives inside one us. Help us to remember, to treat our bodies, as your living temple, with our mouths, our eyes, and our ears, as we walk daily with you, Lord. Deliver us each moment from the sin, so easily besets us, in your name. AMEN.

The verse here does not say it’s one or the other requirement. Both are required! Lord, help us remember, to examine our hearts and mouths on a regular basis. May you strengthen us, through your spirit, to regularly do BOTH.
