things which are seen … not seen. Endurance is based on a person’s ability to look beyond the physical to the spiritual; beyond the present to the future, and beyond the visible to the invisible. Believers must look past what is temporary—what is perishing (i.e., the things of the world). things … not seen are eternal. Pursuing God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the souls of men should consume the believer.

Christ’s offering of Himself for fallen man pleased and glorified His heavenly Father, because it demonstrated in the most complete and perfect way God’s sovereign, perfect, unconditional, and divine kind of love.

We must, stop trying to earn Grace. When we truly believe the Gospel, we understand that in no way, can we measure up to Gods standards, but by surrendering ourselves to his mercy, and allowing him to transform us, by his spirit and his word in our lives.
