Jesus, you care so much for us, that you gave your life for me and for others. As unworthy as we were, you took the penalty for our sins, that we might live. All you ask, is that we believe, by walking in faith. Thank you, Jesus.
Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father;
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not;
As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be.
Refrain:
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see:
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!
Summer and winter and springtime and harvest,
Sun, moon, and stars in their courses above
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness, mercy, and love.
Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth,
Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide,
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow—
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside!
In a world searching for identity and purpose, we often look for reassurance that what we do and who we are is enough.
But we’re never really sure if it is.
With all the noise around us, we can get distracted from God and forget what He says about us.
No matter what distractions you face, when you know God’s Word, you can trust that it is true—even when you don’t always feel like it’s true. And here’s what God’s Word says about you:
Forgive us Lord, when we seek our own path. May we be reminded of (Jeremiah 29: 11-13), which reminds us that you know in advance, the plans you have for us). May you guide us in Wisdon, from your Word and your Holy Spirit’s indwelling. Amen. Funny how this wiped as I was writing, and had to start in a different path. Lesson learned. 🙂
11‘For I know the aplans that I 1have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for bwelfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a chope.† 12‘Then you will acall upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will blisten to you.† 13‘You will aseek Me and find Me when you bsearch for Me with all your heart.
