Use my mouth for good and not evil!

Oh, how I am convicted as the holidays approach, with this sound principle from James. I woke up this morning oppressed by a spirit of torment over a conflict from Mothers Day. May my tongue be used for good and not evil, as these days of interaction between family and those we struggle with. Fill me with you Spirit, Lord.
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my Soul. May you day be filled with comfort, as the Good Shepherd quiets your soul as you rest in him beside quiet waters.
The Battle belongs to the Lord. He goes before us to, if we don’t charge ahead on our own.

In the book of Joshua, he says Do Not Fear. I go before you in the battle. I will give you the Victory. He has declared victory in Jesus, through his perfect life, his death and resurrection. The victory has been won, over sin and death. We are are victorious through Jesus, both now and for all eternity, to those who believe. Do you believe? Lets shout it from the rooftops. Good news, indeed.
And who do we declare this great truth? Before men. What an honor that we get to declare to all, the mercy he has shown on us, by giving to us his son.
Miss you Dad. It would have been your 91st today. You are not forgotten.
