We are adopted sons/daughters and when we trusted in Jesus for salvation, there is no judgement for those in Christ. We have been perfected in love. Is this not Good News? This passage ends with the word Selah. I always just passed this by, in the past. The idea, is NOT to just keep on, in this case singing, but to pause, and contemplate. OUR GOD THRU JESUS, HAS DELIVERED US FROM THE BONDAGE OF SIN. NOT THRU ANYTHING WE CAN DO, BU THROUGH THE WORK OF JESUS. WE ARE FREE, INDEED. MAY WE LIVE AS THOUGH WE BELIEVE THIS PROMISE.

God wants you to speak to him, with a heart that seeks him, and wants to know him more. He does not want some ritualist repitition. He also wants you to know him. The Bible tells us all that we need to know about him. Meditate on his word and tell him what’s on your heart and the Holy Spirit will guide and teach you.
