Each one of us has received a special gift in proportion to what Christ has given. As the scripture says: “When he went up to the very heights, he took many captives with him; he gave gifts to people.” Now, what does “he went up” mean? It means that first he came down to the lowest depths of the earth.

One day, whether in Heaven, on Earth, or under the Earth,. Everyone will bow down at office he feet of Jesus, and he will rule forever, over all all created things.

Who could ask for more, than a true friend, and a brother, who is there for you, in times of trouble.

A true friend is a constant source of love, while a brother in one’s family may not be close, but is drawn near to help in trouble. Friends are closer than brothers because they are available all the time, not just in the crisis.

Jesus, spoke the truth in love. Sometimes, this is not an easy task, but one that develops true, and lasting friendships. Jesus suffered greatly for the truth he spoke, but in the end, was rewarded greatly by the Father. His example is good enough for me. How about you?

Judgement was coming to the people, if they didn’t change their ways. Self-righteous doesn’t work. A changed heart, brings forth what is necessary. The fruit in the picture, is what flows from it. It is God, who must change the heart.

The Battle belongs to the Lord! We can rest in confidence, no matter what comes our way.
