Our hope is in you Lord! May you strengthen us during these tumultuous times.

For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6 NASB https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/php.1.6/28533

To be known by God, to know God, to have him know our greatest fears and weaknesses, and love me just the same. What Amazing Grace that he calls us his own! How can we not feel blessed beyond all measure.

Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts; And see if there be any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way. Psalms 139:23‭-‬24 NASB https://bible.com/bible/100/psa.139.23-24.NASB

There is a reason we remember scripture. It is because God’s Words are powerful, not necessarily our trying to explain him. His word, can explain himself.

So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 NASB https://bible.com/bible/100/isa.55.11.NASB

Through Jesus, he gives us Living Waters. Just like we need water to keep us alive, we need this spiritual living water, to live.

My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; When shall I come and appear before God? Psalms 42:2 NASB https://bible.com/bible/100/psa.42.2.NASB

Comment from John Macarthur Study Bible:

† 4: 10 living water. The OT is the background for this term, which has important metaphorical significance. In Jer 2: 13 , Yahweh decries the disobedient Jews for rejecting Him, the “fountain of living waters.” The OT prophets looked forward to a time when “living waters will flow out of Jerusalem” ( Eze 47: 9 ; Zec 14: 8 ). The OT metaphor spoke of the knowledge of God and His grace which provides cleansing, spiritual life, and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit (cf. Is 1: 16– 18 ; 12: 3 ; 44: 3 ; Eze 36: 25– 27 ). John applies these themes to Jesus Christ as the living water which is symbolic of eternal life mediated by the Holy Spirit

Jesus is calling. Do you hear his voice? Will you recognize you own shortcomings, and recognize the need for a savior today? Don’t wait. This world is passing away, but eternity is forever!

Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. Revelation 3:20 NASB https://bible.com/bible/100/rev.3.20.NASB

Meek, is not weak! It is the example of self control, while being filled with the spirit. The verse below, is quoted from Psalm 37:11, by Jesus.

Our senses, can be powerful tools of encouragement that lead to life, or dangerous weapons, that could possibly send someone to the pit of Tell. How will we use them today. May God’s Grace, point us in the right direction today!

Love of this World, and the things in it, can be Idolatry, if put above our Love of God

Nothing should be put before him, but all things he created, can be enjoyed. Easily, we can turn it into more than God’s intention for us. Do you agree?

If you are a Blessed recipient, how about an Amen!

How blessed are those who observe His testimonies, Who seek Him with all their heart.

Let us all Remember, that this life, and our Faith, is not a game. We cant just dress up our lives to look good, but really not have pure motives. God sees everything, and knows our hearts. Not that we won’t make mistakes, but that we do walk in faith. It is Jesus who makes us right before a Holy God, and the Holy Spirit, who strengthens us to persevere, and be faithful. One day we will be made perfect, but until then, may we be filled with the spirit, humbled by the gift of salvation, through Faith, and walk with confidence that God loves us. May we show that same love to others today and every day.

Every man’s way is right in his own eyes, But the Lord weighs the hearts.
