Colossians 1:15a – The Son is the image of the invisible God.
Glory of the Lord revealed
bible.com/bible/100/isa.40.3.NASB1995
A prophetic exhortation told Israel to prepare for the revelation of the Lord’s glory at the arrival of Messiah. Scripture sees John the Baptist in this role (Mt 3:3; Mk 1:3; Lk 3:4–6; Jn 1:23). It likewise sees the future forerunner who is to be like Elijah preparing for Christ’s second coming (Mal 3:1; 4:5, 6).
Call upon the name of the Lord, for He will not disappoint! His Love endures forever. He gives Life to those who Humble themselves before him. His Love never fails. Nothing can separate us from the Love of God.
Father, give us ears to hear, and eyes to see, as we seek ways to show your blessings to others, today. May we not forget, those especially, our brothers and sisters in Christ, in need.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. Do any of you in other countries, celebrate Thanksgiving? May our hearts be full of gratitude, for our God has done great things.

”Twas the night before Thanksgiving, no turkey did I see, they were scared as a mouse, Oh where would they flee, but just as we, whose sin, we could not flee, Jesus came from the heavens you see, he took our bondage from sin from our lives, to help us to live for all eternity. Well maybe, just maybe, he’ll do the same for these birds, but if not, then we’ll be Thankful, for the sacrifice of the birds”. Seriously, we have much to give thanks, May you forget all the bad, and enjoy giving THANKS. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. HAVE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING. LOVE YOU ALL, AND THANKS FOR LISTENING. 🙂
Remembering the privilege I had, of participating in the baptism of a friend of mine. He, has since, been able to share his own story with many people, boldly. Love you Sam.
Oh God, you are my hope, in the good times and the bad. It is you, I put my hope and trust. Not in my circumstances, whether good or bad. You are everlasting, and my soul waits for you. AMEN!!!
Friendship vs Brothers and/or Sisters ( See Note Below)
bible.com/bible/100/pro.17.17.NASB1995
Note of explanation: The difference between a friend and brother is noted here. A true friend is a constant source of love, while a brother in one’s family may not be close, but is drawn near to help in trouble. Friends are closer than brothers because they are available all the time, not just in the crisis. Cf. 18:24.
