DO NOT LISTEN TO THE KING OF LIARS. If you follow Jesus, no matter what you have do, or what you might do in the future, THERE IS NO CONDEMNATION, FOR THOSE WHO RECOGNIZE, IT S WHAT JESUS HAS DONE. IT IS NOT ABOUT US!

Whom Shall I Fear, Whom Shall I Fear…….

From John MacArthur Study Bible

The strength and courage of the warriors of Israel would come from their confidence that their God was with them and would not forsake them. In vv. 7, 8, Moses repeated the substance of his exhortation, this time addressing it specifically to Joshua in the presence of the people to encourage him and to remind the people that Joshua’s leadership was being assumed with the full approval of God.being assumed with the full approval of God.

Jesus said to them…..

“And He said to His disciples, “For this reason I say to you, do not worry about your life, as to what you will eat; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap; they have no storeroom nor barn, and yet God feeds them; how much more valuable you are than the birds! And which of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life’s span? If then you cannot do even a very little thing, why do you worry about other matters? Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; but I tell you, not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass in the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, how much more will He clothe you? You men of little faith! And do not seek what you will eat and what you will drink, and do not keep worrying. For all these things the nations of the world eagerly seek; but your Father knows that you need these things. But seek His kingdom, and these things will be added to you. Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom.”
Luke 12:22-32

18 But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, That shines brighter and brighter until the full day.

Man makes plans, but the Lord, directs His paths. Proverbs 16:9

Life is a journey. May the Lord be our guide in the path we take, as we journey, along this long and winding road to eternity, while on this earth.

It’s not IF, but WHEN we get weary. Our God will never leave us, or forsake us. He may not give us what we want, but will always give us what we need. Call on him him, and he will give us REST.

“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. He gives strength to the weary, And to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, And vigorous young men stumble badly, Yet those who wait for the Lord Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40‬:‭28‬-‭31‬ ‭

Father, thank you, that you give us glimpses, of what it will be like, to spend all of eternity with you. When I see your creation, and the beauty, that you have made here, I can only Imagine, what it will be like in all of eternity. Thank you for the glimpse, you show us now, not only in Nature, but in our relationships. You are worthy of Praise!

Jesus died, that we might live in confidence, that we are God’s children, who he loves.

What lens are we looking through? Is it the lens of God’s word, that helps us see clearly, that we are loved and cherished by God…..or is it the lens of the liar, Satan, who whispers, that we are worthless, and have no value. God loves us so much, He gave his son, so that we might live, in complete assurance of his love and covenant with us.
