Me, an accident? I don’t think so.

My father went to be with the creator of all things on 10-10-18. What a new home, he has found. Someday, I will get to join him, when my time has come, and he takes me home. It will be a great reunion with Dad and Mom and many relatives who have gone before them.

Our hope is in a great king (Jesus), who shows great mercy to his followers.

This worlds government can never save us!  We put out faith and trust in one who will build a Holy Nation, that will last for all of eternity.  His kingdom will never end (Is 9: 6-7).

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Certainty, in an Uncertain World

From creation, to New creation, God’s plan has not changed.  It has always been Jesus, who would solve the issue of man’s separation from God.  Jesus was the one who took the form of a man, lived a perfect, righteousness  life, took the penalty for our transgression, and conquered death, so we might live, both now and forever, in God’s presence, in perfect harmony.

Thank You…….. Jesus!

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Blameless before God.

We are blameless, not because of what we do, but because of who we are in Jesus.  We can never earn our Salvation.

As for God, His way is blameless; The word of the Lord is tried; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.

Jesus fulfills scripture.

Prophesy declares that one would come, who would be the perfect sacrifice, and fill our hearts like Living Waters.  Jesus is that perfect sacrifice and precursor to the Holy Spirit coming (Rivers of Living Water).  Is 44:3, 55:1, 58:11.

He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'”

Like a Sail Needing Wind, thus Our Heart and Soul need You Lord, to Guide Our Every Step.

My flesh and my heart may fail, But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Who’s strength is it, anyways?

I Will Never Walk Alone

I have set the Lord continually before me; Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

How  comforting to know, that we never need to go through anything alone.  If God is for us, who can stand against us.

God is Good.

O taste and see that the Lord is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!

A personal note from the writer:

I am sitting with my Dad in hospital.  He may not make it, since his health is failing.  If he doesnt make it, he will be in the Fathers presence, if he stays for now, we will be thankful for the gift of additional time with him.

How great to know that my refuge is the LORD and he has my Dad in his loving arms.  Thank you Jesus for your Loving arms and mercy that goes beyond all measure.

I pray LORD, that you give us eyes to see, beyond what this present day has to offer.  May we live with an eternal perspective, not only for ourselves, but for the people we interact with, every day.  May Jesus shine in our lives.

while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
