Thank you Jesus, that we can find REST, in knowing that we find salvation, by faith, through Grace. We don’t need to be weary, trying to earn our salvation, but find joy in pleasing you, by your work on our behalf through your life, death, and resurrection. My we shout it from the rooftops, that Jesus saves us, from our own sinful ways! Can I get an AMEN?

It may be foolishness to those who cant see it, but may we never get weary of telling those people the Gospel. For we know, that the Gospel is the power unto salvation to those who believe. Just as we were foolish, our eyes were opened by Salvation’s Grace. May we never give up on those who are blinded. God never gave up on us.

For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord , my rock and my Redeemer.

Lord, may you show us your greatness, in the little things we do, and the interactions we have, with others today. May you reveal to your greatness, that our hearts might be filled with joy, and proclaim your greatness to others. Amen.

For this reason You are great, O Lord God ; for there is none like You, and there is no God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears.

Lord, this life is a marathon! Help us to run the race with endurance. Let us not lose site, of the hope we have, and the crown of life we will receive. Not because of what we have done, but what Jesus has done on the cross, and resurrection, and through his Holy Spirit, working in us. Thank you, Lord.

Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.

Oh Lord, if we could just get this straight.  Listen first, carefully choose our word’s, and not take personally what people say, which can bring us to anger.  Also Lord, may we be reminded, to be obedient to this passage.  This is not a suggestion, but a command by God!  May your Holy Spirit give us the self control, to carry this out.

This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger;

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
