There are two religious paths you can take. The way of the law and works that lead to destruction, or the way of life, through Jesus by faith in his perfect life of sacrifice and his resurrection, that leads to everlasting life. There is nothing he cannot over, if you surrender your life to him! Is this not good new, if you are suffering? He cares for his sheep, and leads them to green pastures. If you are lost, seek him and he will find you. Jesus is his name and there is no other.

The fear of the Lord is a state of mind in which one’s own attitudes, will, feelings, deeds, and goals are exchanged for God’s (cf. Ps 42:1 ).

My experience is that it is more of a profound reverence of the tremendous Grace shown to us, when we rightfully are condemned by our own sinful nature.

Oh what a loving God we have. May we show that same love to those around, that they may know of his love.

So many distractions in this world, but so many wonderful promises of God. Help us stay on the path of Righteousness, Oh Lord, we give ourselves completely to you.

Father God, you have provided us with all we need, in your son Jesus. Trouble may come and go, we may have plenty or little, danger lurks all around us, but we will not fear, for we shall dwell in the house of our Lord forever!
