The Christian life, is not about remembering a point in time. Salvation is about that, but it is just the beginning. We are called to follow Jesus, and that is not an intellectual exercise. The Bible says that even the demons acknowledge Jesus and shutter! We are Called to Read and study, meditate and pray, serve one another, minister to the weak and poor, share His Story…..You get the idea. If you have been, negligent in this area, confess it. We serve a gracious God who forgives, and separates our sins, as far as the East is from the West. Is that not Amazing! Let’s go out today, filled with the Spirit, and see what God will do. Please share if you see his work in your life today. I know I have already this morning. I had no idea I would be writing this, even after I saw the verse. God is so Good. Thank you Jesus!

The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

No Fear: Notice…….it is not in our own strength, it is a strength, that comes from above. It is a hope and faith, that puts our fate, in the hands of a loving and merciful God.

“Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; For the Lord God is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation.”

I want you to stop and think about this, with me for a minute. Jesus’s way, is not the world’s way. We are called to Love our enemies, not destroy and overcome, like the worldly view. We overcome with Love and Compassion, just as Jesus did. Think about an enemy, or someone you are at war (there is strife of some sort) with right now. Show compassion and love to them, but don’t do it to get something. Do it because that is how Jesus did it. The rest is not up to us. God Bless you today.

Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

Abrahams faith, was not just head knowledge. He acted on his faith, and God reconciled that, to Abraham being right with God.

Then he believed in the Lord ; and He reckoned it to him as righteousness.

Jesus, was fully man, and fully God! Later on, he would say, if you want to know the Father, you need to go through me. He said, I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father, except through me (John 14:6. If you seek and follow Jesus teachings, you will find, life eternal. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, that whosoever believer in him, should have eternal life.

Help us remember, Lord, that you allow us, to go through trials, so that we choose you. This life, will have many tests and trials, but for those who remain in their faith in Jesus, (Not in their own self), will enter into your kingdom with joy. There will be no more sorrows, no more pain, no more sickness, no more sinful nature. So…..let us take joy in Jesus word’s, take heart, I have overcome the world!

For the sorrow that is according to the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world produces death.

Lord, may our hearts humbly bow before you, in persistent prayer. May we be alert, to the needs of others, so we might lift them up. Reveal yourself to us, through answered prayer, even though it may not be, what we wanted the outcome to be. May we always remember, that you care about us and love hearing our petitions.

Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving;

There will be a time of Judgement, but the Lord waits patiently, to give all a chance to repent, and turn to Jesus. He does not want any to perish. Won’t you give your heart to him today? Can you feel the spirit tugging on your heart. Don’t wait, be a part of something, so much greater than yourself. Stop right now, and say, Lord, I want to follow you. I give my life, for you to use, for your will, not mine. Thank you for saving me, by your sacrifice, and death on a cross. Thank you also, for rising, and conquering death, and the promise of life eternal. Amen!

Help me Jesus, to take time today to listen, and look for you, in my day today. Show me, and reveal to me in a miraculous, and personal way, that you are the God of the universe. That you hold all things in your hands. That nothing happens without your knowledge, and approval, for your purposes. I humbly submit to you, and am listening and waiting upon you. Amen.

Salvation comes, to those who are fully dependent. Dependent on God the Father for his wonderful plan, on Jesus for his sacrifice on our behalf, and on the Holy Spirit for his wisdom, his calling, and his strength. We bow humbly, Lord, and say thank you. We are also reminded, to tell all those around us, of your great Name! Hoping and praying, that we are locked in on the tremendous gift given to us, through our childlike faith, this Easter season, and every day! God Bless You All.

and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever receives one such child in My name receives Me;
