If we are followers of Jesus, then there is nothing we should hold on more tightly to, than our hope and confession of our faith! What is it that tests you. Mine, is my negativity, some times. I have had some physical set backs in recent years, and I can easily lose my hope, if i dont refocus. How about you? Praying this morning, we all hold tightly to our hope and faith.
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful;

God’s Words, will last, for all of Eternity. This world, is passing away. We must put our hope, in something that will last forever. That hope is in God, through Jesus work on the cross, and his resurrection.
1 Peter 1:23-24

Isaiah elaborated on how transitory humanity is: here today, gone tomorrow. People pass away like plants under the hot breath of the withering E wind. James used this illustration to teach the folly of trusting in material wealth ( Jas 1: 10 , 11 ). Peter used it to illustrate the passing nature of everything related to humanity ( 1Pe 1: 24 , 25 ).
If you are the center of your own universe, ie you worship yourself, how will you ever, find the one true God. If this is you, Jesus, is the only way to finding God! Praying your eyes will be opened to this truth, just as ours were opened when WE were blind. Thank you all, who follow me, and listen to what the Lord puts on my heart to share. You are a blessing to me, and encouragement.

He already sent Jesus to to remedy your imperfection. God uses imperfect people, to accomplish his plan, to those that put their trust and faith in him. Will it be you, today?

The Christian life, is not about remembering a point in time. Salvation is about that, but it is just the beginning. We are called to follow Jesus, and that is not an intellectual exercise. The Bible says that even the demons acknowledge Jesus and shutter! We are Called to Read and study, meditate and pray, serve one another, minister to the weak and poor, share His Story…..You get the idea. If you have been, negligent in this area, confess it. We serve a gracious God who forgives, and separates our sins, as far as the East is from the West. Is that not Amazing! Let’s go out today, filled with the Spirit, and see what God will do.
