This was a response from God, for being outwardly religious, but inwardly wicked. All our hearts are inherently wicked, but Jesus sent his spirit, and his word, to help us change our hearts. I want you to stop and think about this, with me for a minute. Jesus’s way, is not the world’s way. We are called to Love our enemies, not destroy and overcome, like the worldly view. We overcome with Love and Compassion, just as Jesus did. Think about an enemy, or someone you are at war (there is strife of some sort) with right now. Show compassion and love to them, but don’t do it to get something. Do it because that is how Jesus did it. The rest is not up to us. God Bless you today.

Discipline does not equal punishment. It involves so much more! There is training, coaching, correction, encouragement, and at times, reprimand. When you see it done with love, it is a wonderful experience, even though in the short term, there may be discomfort.

Actions……..have consequences. Whether in this world, or in a future life, which those of us who follow Jesus, believe in. Lord, may the word’s of our mouths, and the meditation of our heart, be acceptable to you. May your Spirit, guide us to love and good deeds, and may the harvest be plentiful, for bringing those in a lost and dying world, to put their trust in Jesus. Amen

Lord, thank you for your word, that is sufficient for all of life. Your word comes to man, from a holy God. Man’s own words, comes from a corrupted heart, that can deceive. Help us to choose your truth, every day, and not the world’s deceptive wisdom, based on our own selfish desires.
