Lord, family & friends are important at Christmas , but help us to spent our precious time, with YOU, since this is why we gather together!

“Now as they were traveling along, He entered a village; and a woman named Martha welcomed Him into her home. She had a sister called Mary, who was seated at the Lord’s feet, listening to His word. But Martha was distracted with all her preparations; and she came up to Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to do all the serving alone? Then tell her to help me.” But the Lord answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and bothered about so many things; but only one thing is necessary, for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.””
‭‭Luke‬ ‭10‬:‭38‬-‭42‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

“What advantage does man have in all his work Which he does under the sun?”

Bible Project: Book of Ecclesiastics…..

May we all, Lord, pursue to be teachers, in some form, that points the way to Jesus and not ourselves. We were made for a purpose. Help us all to find, what that one thing is for us, so that the world would know, that Jesus, is the Savior of the world, to save us from ourselves, and our selfish hearts, that we might have life, both now, and for all of eternity! AMEN

Lord, I can’t hear you, cause I don’t want to. I see things that are messed up, yet I forget to see myself, that I am messed up. Forgive me for not seeing your own providence in my life. Help me to see people as messed up, like me, but in need of a savior, like me! Lord, I need you, every minute of every day! 🙏

2:14without grumbling or disputing. The Gr. word for “grumbling” is a term that actually sounds like what it means. Its pronunciation is much like muttering or grumbling in a low tone of voice. It is an emotional rejection of God’s providence, will, and circumstances for one’s life. The word for “disputing” is more intellectual and here means “questionings,” or “criticisms” directed negatively toward God.

HUMBLE thyself, in the sight of the Lord (my king, thy savior, thy creator, thy master, thy forgiver), and HE will lift, YOU up!

It’s Not about Us, it’s All about God!

Can I get an Amen?

God Bless

Wishing you and your Family a Blessed Day!

Are you thirsting for something more in this life? Has this world beat you down? Jesus doesn’t promise that everything will be perfect, but he says HE, can give you living water, that satisfies, both now and for all of eternity. He says though, that you must come to the well. LISTEN TO THE SONG BY CASTING CROWNS BELOW.

“Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.””‭‭John‬ ‭4‬:‭10‬
You will Thirst no More

Has any one of you ever lost their way, or are struggling to make sense of your life, and are having trouble finding your way?

You are not alone. We all find this life difficult at times, if we are honest about it. What have you tried to do about it.? Ignore it, self medicate, buy things that you think will make you happy, look to your kids to find happiness, or our spouse?

Whether you are a Christian, or have never thought about being one, the answer is found in Jesus.

When we honestly look at ourselves, we find that we don’t measure up, especially if we Match up to what the law of God says. That is the bad news, but the god news is this. God, who created, and loves us, knew we would struggle, yet not only gave his perfect son to take our place as an offering, for our misguided attempts to try and do what only Jesus could, but he gave his spirit to live in us and through us for all who believe! This is very good news, and full of Gods Grace and Mercy, to help us through our struggles. He gave us his word (the Bible, to guide us and the Church, to help us to grow and tell others about Jesus.

We, are made in his image, and even though we fail at times, God Loves us and forgives, because of the work of Jesus on the cross and his resurrection, and our faith in believing this.

Aren’t you glad we have such an amazing God?

LISTEN TO THE SONGS BELOW, AND HOPEFULLY YOU WILL BE ENCOURAGED AS I ALWAYS AM.

God Bless you.
